Periwinkle lace mermaid gown. Lining is a stretch jersey fabric. Chiffon waistband with beaded detail on one side. Horse hair hem. Gown is longer in the back and can be bustled. There are 3 clear buttons added to bustle the dress. I did bustle it for dancing. Cups were added to dress. I am 5' 1" and 135 pounds. Dress was taken in at the hips and hemmed. Comes with a chiffon shawl. Very comfortable!
