This dress is such beautiful crepe fabric and accentuates the bottom. The dress has only been worn for four hours due to an elopement. It has just been drycleaned and can be taken out about 1 inch on each side if the above measurements are too tight on the hips.
I bought this dress used and when I tried it on I had a change of heart and decided to go with another dress that I had previously tried on at a boutique. It is so beautiful though, I just kept thinking about that other dress.
Thighs, butt, and length were taken in from the 12 size that I bought. About and inch on each side should be able to be taken out. There are breast pads sewn in, but they can be removed. There is a beautiful bustle in the back with pearls that I can send detail photos of:).
