This is a beautiful brand new Stella York dress. It has never been worn or altered and still has the tags on. The dress has stayed in the bag since purchased in a smoke free home. The only reason the dress wasn't worn is because I decided to wear only one dress on my wedding day instead of two. The dress also comes with satin ivory straps; therefore, it can be worn strapless or with straps.
