Brand new and un-altered. Beautiful mermaid dress with ivory undertones (making the patterns on outer layer stand out) and hugs the curves just right (very flattering). Had a mastectomy (was diagnosed with breast cancer shortly after) and not a fan of the way it fits my new breasts now. Other than that, I loved every part about it. It's even more stunning in person (pictures do not do this dress justice).
