This is new without tags as the salon took the tags off and no alterations were done. As seen on the receipt it states to be worn in the end of March for my daughters wedding. I ended up losing weight and found a different dress that didn't need alterations. Beautiful navy blue and the draping in the front and back works beautiful at hiding any little bumps. What I loved about it was the way the dress is designed, there was no need for shape wear. Very comfortable and lightweight The beading around the waist line and on the shoulder straps is beautiful.  It comes with extra beads and a navy wrap/shawl.
