Modest Lace Sheath Wedding Dress
The dress was worn to my beach wedding in 2020. It fits like you would expect a GLL dress - very stretchy and SO comfortable! It slips over your head - no zippers, buttons, etc. It is lined as well, so it can hide a sticky bra with no problem or doesn't even really need one if you are comfortable with that! I love the simple elegance, the detail of the lace, and the leg slit helped me stay cool in the heat and added some flair.
I am 5'5" and went barefoot so it would work for someone shorter as well without needing alteration. I did add a wrist strap for the small train since there was no bustle with the original dress. I had minor alterations done to adjust the shoulder strap length - very easy and affordable if it needs to be done again.
No damage! Just minor marks on the inside of the neckline from makeup, you cannot see it from the outside/while wearing it :). Veil included!
