Absolutely zero alterations. Includes garment bag. Condition Notes: The loop fasteners for the buttons on the back should be tightened (see pictures). There is some dirt on the bottom of the dress from where it touched the ground but it's just on the underside of the dress and not at all obvious from the outside. It might come out when dry-cleaned. Other than that, I only wore it for 2 hours and it looks wonderful.
