I purchased the dress in 2011 at Mon Amie Bridal salon in Newport Beach, Orange County, CA. I wore the dress only for the wedding ceremony & reception. Dress does not include original sash as I added one from nordstroms that was not attached to the dress. I have all original purchase receipts.
